Program // 12-Month Roadmap

Twelve months.
Four milestones.

A ready-to-integrate, export-cleared SEAD decoy in the IAF's hand by month twelve. Every phase produces a physical artifact, not a slide.

001Phased execution

Every quarter ships hardware.

01M 1 – 3

RF Design & UAV Slicing

Full-wave HFSS simulation. Aerodynamic drag calculations. Master slicing library.

02M 4 – 6

Hardware Prototyping

SLA printing on commodity industrial nodes. Mechanical integration onto reference UAV airframe.

03M 7 – 9

Radar Matrix Testing

Wave-focusing verification via monostatic RCS. Anechoic chamber sweeps across X-band.

04M 10 – 12

Field Simulation & Trials

Live SEAD flight trials against simulated hostile radars. Delivery to IAF evaluation cell.

002Program artifacts

Four physical deliverables.

01
UAV Aerodynamic Chassis
02
Variable-Infill Slicing Code
03
SLA-Printed Prototypes
04
Anechoic Chamber Logs
003Use of funds

iDEX grant plus MoD field partnership.

Every rupee is allocated to a hardware output. No overhead theater.
